FINDING THE RIGHT IDEA!

 

FINDING THE RIGHT IDEA FOR OUR FILM.

Finding the right idea was in my opinion the hardest decision our group could make. constant back-and-forth with one another and surfing through different concepts and ideas.

Not only that, we had to consider our budgeting, sets, and if we'd be able to find enough actors, without struggle.

Originally my 2 ideas revolved around the thriller genre, 'last woman on earth' and '3 friends trying to solve a cold case', whilst Zahra's ideas were a 'man living in a loop' and 'a runaway bride'.

Ultimately, we went with the runaway bride concept, and with the help of the remaining members, we decided it would be better to focus our film on a child bride as well. As not only is this idea unique but also sheds light on an on-going problem in many countries.
